Dr. Paul Barnes Chairs United Nations Climate Panel
Dr. Paul Barnes, Professor and J.H. Mullahy Chair in Environmental Biology, continues to serve on the Environmental Effects Assessment Panel (EEAP). The EEAP is a scientific assessment panel that provides the Parties of the Montreal Protocol with the most recent, relevant scientific information on the effects of stratospheric ozone depletion and climate change on various aspects of the environment, including human health, ecosystem services and surface solar UV radiation.
