You can access your tuition account summary through your LORA Self-Service account at any time. Student billing statements will be issued as e-Bills and can be accessed "On Demand" through your LORA Self-Service account. Fall Payment Deadline: August 1, 2025All payments, financial aid, payment plans, and parent plus loans must be in place by August 1. Students who have not met their financial obligations, or made appropriate arrangements, have not officially completed their registration. These students are subject to being administratively withdrawn from the university and residence hall and will not be allowed to register for subsequent semesters. For assistance making payments, please refer to the detailed instructions below. Create a Payment PlanFollow these step-by-step instructions to set up a payment plan in your LORA Self-Service account. Payment plans are offered each semester with 3, 4 or 5 month payment options. Enrollment fee is $45 each semester and the first installment is due at the time of the plan enrollment. For your convenience, plans will recalculate the remaining payment amounts based on any new activity on the student's account. If you need assistance setting up your payment plan, contact the Bursar's Office for questions with the payment plan (504) 865–2388 / bursar@loyno.edu. Add an Authorized User (Parent/Caretaker Access)Follow these step-by-step instructions to add Authorized Users – such as parents and guardians – in your student account to make payments on the e-commerce platform. You can provide access to your Authorized Users to view your student account, access and print "On Demand" tuition statements, and make tuition payments. Pro tip: In addition to gaining access to financial information, your parents/caregivers must be authorized by you in order to receive access to any of your student information, including your educational records, registration status, class schedule, room and board, and more. You may also want to give your parent Proxy Access so they can view this information at any time, or authorize a Student Records Release for one-time access. Set up Your Refund ProfileFollow these step-by-step instructions to set up your E-Refund Profile in order to request refunds through your student account. International Payments via Flywire and Pay My TuitionLoyola University uses international payment vendors Flywire and Pay My Tuition for all international payment processing. You can learn more and begin your payment online. Once your payment has been submitted, please email the Bursar's Office at bursar@loyno.edu. Mandatory Student Health InsuranceIf you are a full-time undergraduate student, you are required to have health insurance covering care in the state of Louisiana. All students are automatically enrolled in Loyola's Student Health Insurance Plan. You must provide proof of comparable, existing insurance coverage for the 2026–2027 academic year in order to waive coverage through Loyola. The deadline for submitting an insurance waiver is September 4, 2026. Loyola's student health insurance plan is an annual contract and can only be waived once per academic year. Returning students continuing from the fall to the spring semester will not be eligible to waive in the spring. Office visits and all on-site labs and services at Student Health Services and the University Counseling Center are available at no cost to students enrolled in Loyola's health insurance plan. If you have other health insurance, please check with your plan provider regarding coverage and fees. Please visit our Student Health Insurance website page to view plan details and specific requirements for waiving coverage, depending on whether you are an international or domestic student. Loyola's Office of Scholarships and Grants is committed to helping you find and secure funding beyond traditional financial aid, such as external scholarships, private grants, and institutional awards. We encourage you to create a profile on Scholarship Universe, Loyola's scholarship matching platform available through Single Sign On (SSO). With Scholarship Universe, you can:
