July 22nd: Parking Services and Bookstore

The Welcome Pack

The Welcome Pack is a weekly newsletter featuring important information and resources to help you prepare for your first year at Loyola.

Order Your Parking Permit

Order your permit online in a few easy steps:

  • Log in through the Single Sign On (SSO) portal.
  • Click "Parking Services" in your Loyno Apps and sign in with your SSO login.
  • Add a permit to your cart and check out.
  • You'll get an automated confirmation email listing your info.
  • Processing takes at least 5 business days; a second email confirms when your permit is active (with valid location and hours, if applicable).

A virtual permit requires that you're enrolled in classes and can show current vehicle registration—no exceptions.

Keep Your Bicycle Safe

Using a bike on campus? It must be registered (for free) with the Loyola University Police Department:

  1. Stop by the police entrance at Stallings Hall and scan the bike registration QR code on the front door.
  2. Provide the serial number (stamped into the frame). Adding a photo is strongly recommended so we can identify your bike if it's lost or stolen.
  3. Return to the police department at Biever Hall to collect your registration sticker.
  4. Update your bike's online profile with the sticker's registration number.

Use a hardened lock (like a U-lock) secured to a campus bike rack—not to railings, fences, or other objects, or your bike may be impounded. Questions? Contact Deputy Chief Patrick Martin at pjmartin@loyno.edu.

Loyola Bookstore

Order textbooks now so you have them by the first day of class. Choose shipping to your off-campus address or in-store pickup (bring your box number for pickup).

Questions? Email sm8275@bncollege.com.
