Add to Calendar 2023-04-14 18:00:00 2023-04-14 21:00:00 The Joy of the Gospel, the Baptismal Vocation, and the Genius of the Spirit Join Mary Catherine Hilkert, a member of the Dominican Sisters of Peace and a Professor of Theology at the University of Notre Dame as she presents "The Joy of the Gospel, the Baptismal Vocation, and the Genius of the Spirit." Remembering the Spirit's "infinite creativity" in raising up preachers in the past and attending to more recent voices raised in the Synod's listening sessions, this lecture will explore the call to preach the Gospel today. 6-7 p.m. Refreshments 7-9 p.m.: Prayer, lecture, and conversation The lecture is complemented by a workshop on preaching she will offer on Saturday. You do not need to attend the workshop in order to attend the lecture. This event is supported by the Fr.
