I found only a few links to information about Anglo-Saxon music, but I did not spend hours trying.

http://www.regia.org/music.htm   This page is part of a larger site and it is a good brief history.  It has pictures of harps and hypertext links to terms like "scop."

http://englishculture.miningco.com/culture/englishculture/msubmusic.htm The Mining Company (which is now about.com) hires people to search the web, find the best resources, and create a page of links.  Here is a page on English music with links to such sites as the English Music Hall.  It is a good place for a great deal of history.
