Tuition

Infants & Toddlers (Children under three years of age):

• Loyola Students & Payroll Deduction, based on 26 pay periods of $272.31 per pay period, results in $141.60 per week, or $590 per month.
• Loyola Faculty & Staff $153.60 per week, or $640 per month.
• Alumni of Loyola and Community members pay $168 per week, or $700 per month.

Three Year Olds & Above (effective the month the child turns three):

• Loyola Students & Payroll Deduction, based on 26 pay periods of $256.15 per pay period, results in $133.20 per week, or $555 per month.
• Loyola Faculty & Staff $145.20 per week, or $605 per month.
• Alumni of Loyola and Community members pay $160 per week, or $675 per month.

Tuition is due by the 10th of each month. If not paid by the 10th, the child will not be able to attend until tuition is paid in full. Payroll deduction results in the savings of $50 per month and is required for all full time staff and faculty members. The tuition provides full day care Monday through Friday, from 7:30 a.m. until 5:30 p.m. Part-time care is not available. An annual registration fee of $100 will be charged for each child enrolled in the Center.  This is non-refundable.  A deposit of 1/2 month's tuition will be charged for each child upon initial registration.  This amount will be applied to the child's last month of tuition once a thirty-day written notice of withdrawal has been given.

There is no refund or reduction of fees when your child is absent or when the Center is closed for a holiday. Tuition is charged for 50 weeks during each year. Tuition is not charged for the week of staff development during August or the three-day week between Christmas and New Year's Day when the university is closed. The two remaining days are taken when and if needed for emergencies such as closure for flood or hurricane.
