Loyola University community. This directory gives a complete list of all organizations recognized at
Loyola University New Orleans and a brief description of each.
You can select from over 100 organizations in which to get involved. By being an active member or leader, you will learn individual and group skills such as: time management, delegation, leadership, organization, problem solving, critical thinking, assertiveness, and many others. Your active involvement will provide you with many positive learning experiences which will benefit you both now and in your future career and community responsibilities.
Being active in
an organization is not only a learning experience, but it is also rewarding and fun. It is an excellent
way to become a member of the Loyola community, to make friends, and to relax. It gives you the opportunity
to share similar interests with other students.
The Danna Center and Student Activities Office encourages you to contact the president or advisor of the organizations in which you are interested. They will be happy to answer your questions and tell you how you can participate in their activities.
If you do not see an organization which interests you, you may want to start your own. The Danna Center and Student Activities Office will assist you in starting a new organization on campus. The possibilities are endless.
