Medical Records
Medical records kept in Student Health Services are confidential. Health care staff have access to records for treatment purposes. Medical diagnoses will not be released to a family member unless written permission from the patient is provided. Medical records will not be released without the patient's written consent. Student Health Services is in compliance with HIPAA.
