Medical Records

Medical records kept in Student Health Service are confidential. Health care staff have access to records for treatment purposes. Medical diagnosis will not be released to a family member unless written permission from the patient is provided. Medical records will not be released without the patient's written consent. Student Health Service is in compliance with HIPAA.
