Room Consolidation Information Fall 2007

Room Consolidation

If you are living by yourself NOW (for any reason) or at the end of room change, read this!
While room change is happening and when it is over, there is room consolidation. This means that anyone without a roommate will have the following choices:
1. Stay in your room and pay the semi-private rate which varies by building
2. Move in with someone who doesn’t have a roommate
3. Find someone without a roommate who wants to move in with you

Here are the rates for double/single occupancy rooms for all residence halls during the upcoming academic year:

2007-2008 Academic Year (per semester):

Double Occupancy / Single Occupancy

Biever Hall: $2,714 / $3,514

Buddig Hall: $2,714 / $3,514

Cabra Hall: $2,251 / $3,112

Carrollton Hall Suites:$2,808 / $3,514

Carrollton Hall Apts.:$3,254 / $3,531

This is a great opportunity to change buildings or floors because usually there are a few people on each floor who will need to consolidate. You will receive a list of people that need to consolidate if you are in this situation.
