Short Bio

Ms. Susan Zengel is the Academic Counselor in the Office of Professional & Continuing Studies.  She is originally from West Chester, PA and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice and a minor in Theology from The University of Scranton in ‘06.  Susan’s Jesuit Education sparked a passion to give back and she moved to New Orleans, LA in 2006 to volunteer.  Susan quickly fell in love with the city and joined the Loyola family in 2008 as an Undergraduate Admissions Counselor in the Office of Undergraduate Admissions.

Susan joined the Office of Professional and Continuing Studies in 2012.  As the Academic Advisor, she meets with prospective evening program students and guides them through the admissions process.  Susan enjoys sharing her knowledge and love of a Jesuit liberal arts education.
