Tuition is $800 per credit hour. Note: Financial aid is avaliable from most law schools, including Loyola New Orleans.
A program activity fee of $300 covers health insurance, academic tours, tour book, welcome reception, Rio city tour, weekend excursions, and all course texts and materials. Due to the advance preparations and costs inherent in presenting a law program abroad, no refunds are possible after April 15, 2013.
Living expenses are approximately $130 - $150 a day (including meals and lodging) while in Rio. Total living expenses should be approximately $2,000 for the session (for a shared double). Airfare will be approximately $1,500. Students must also plan to budget for personal expenses, spending money, etc. Note: Estimated figures are based on the experiences of the previous session and the dollars’ decline.
Students should note that our California Othon Classic package reserves the hotel room from Saturday, May 18 through Sunday, June 2; anyone leaving on Sunday night will be responsible for Sunday night’s room charge.
