Student Phone Service Request Form
Residence rooms do not have phone lines. If there is a special need or a student has requested phone service, Telecommunications will provide one analog line, voice mailbox and local service. Students must provide their own analog telephone. Local service can be reached by dialing the access code "8" and then the seven-digit number. Long distance and international calls should be billed to a long distance pre-paid card or credit card. Third-party number and collect calls cannot be accepted and billed to residence hall telephone numbers.
