Love Story

"Love Story" is a new cultivar from Charles Black's Hidden Valley Hibiscus. It is an offspring of "Rosalind" X "Candy Manors" which should produce a good bloomer and bush.

The 7" flower has appeared at a few of the shows in Texas and Louisiana, but as yet it is not particularly well distributed in our area. But we have our eye on it and hope to get some wood soon.

The shape and coloration vary greatly even on the same plant at the same time. According to the HVH website: "this exciting new cultivar blooms single, cup & saucer double, and full double as she wishes, sometimes carrying both single and double blooms simultaneously!"
