- Public exhibition of flowers begins at 1pm. Flower exhibitors may bring their blooms to the St. Charles Room beginning at 8:30 am. Someone will be there to help register the exhibitor and explain the procedure for entering. All submissions close promptly at 11:30 am.
NO PLANTS ARE SOLD PRIOR TO THE OPENING OF THE PUBLIC EXHIBITION AT 1 PM.
However, American Hibiscus Society members from other chapters are admitted prior to the opening of the Show to the general public and are invited to preview the plants before the sale opens. All others will be asked to leave!

FROM 1-10 WEST TRAVELING EAST Follow the signs toward the Central Business District. Take the Carrollton Avenue exit, Exit 232. Follow South Carrollton until it ends in a sharp lefthand curve and becomes St. Charles Avenue. Loyola's main campus is located on the left at 6363 St. Charles Avenue across from Audubon Park.
FROM 1-10 EAST TRAVELING WEST As you enter the downtown area, follow the signs to Hwy. 90 Business/West Bank. Exit at St. Charles Avenue/Carondelet Street (do not cross the bridge). At the second traffic light make a right onto St. Charles Avenue. Follow St. Charles Avenue for four miles; Loyola's main campus is on the right at 6363 St. Charles Avenue.
The St. Charles Room in on the first floor of the Danna Center. The Danna Center is located in the interior of the campus, and does not have a separate address apart from the main campus address. However, it is easy to find. Should you have difficulty, anyone on campus will be able to give you directions.
On-street parking is available, as is on-campus parking. Probably the most convenient place to park is in the West Park Garage. The Garage is located directly next to the Danna Center and has an interior elevator. Enter the garage by turning off St. Charles into the West Road (runs right along the west side of Holy Name of Jesus Church). The road leads directly into the garage. Exiting the garage, the Danna Center is to the left. Signs should be posted.
